WELLINGTON-ALTUS KIRKLAND

In order to optimize its customer experience and support its growth, Wellington-Altus undertook the expansion of its facilities with the addition of a new branch in Kirkland.

As an extension of our collaboration in the downtown area, our mandate was to articulate open-plan spaces with closed offices, ensuring flexibility of use and fluidity of flow.

The proposed concept was based on a sober, contemporary aesthetic, using noble, sustainable materials. Particular attention was paid to the use of light, both natural and artificial, to highlight key areas and structure the space. Discreet touches of color punctuate the work environments, adding dynamism and warmth without compromising the overall visual clarity.
