Wellington-Altus, a Canadian private wealth management firm, wanted to establish a presence in Quebec by moving into the 42nd floor of 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard.

The space needed to include formal and informal meeting areas, consultant offices, and open-plan areas. It had to be conducive to hosting client events as well as fostering collaboration among internal teams.

We developed the design concept using rich details and textures, within a restrained and contemporary color palette. And we ensured that the stunning city views this space offers its users were fully appreciated.
