FDP wanted to relocate its customer service team for the Montreal region and create a branch separate from the head office. The space had to showcase the new corporate image and reflect a more youthful, modern image; one that represents the company's clientele well.

The space is divided into two main sections: the customer section and the management section. The management section must remain secluded and secure. The customer area is more open, with meeting rooms and a large number of private offices, so that advisors can receive their customers in peace and quiet.

The design of the customer area had to demonstrate high quality and attention to detail. As the space would have to be distributed on either side of a large corridor, we designed it to be warm and to let in a maximum of natural light. Textures and finishes are unique and warm. The reception area received a great deal of attention and creates a reassuring impact as we enter the space.
