EXP GLOBAL

EXP Global wanted to reinvent its workspaces to better reflect its current needs and market position. It needed spaces that encouraged collaboration between employees, conveyed the company's culture and attracted top talent. EXP Global decided to use its Vaudreuil-Dorion offices as a pilot project.

Our challenge lay in several aspects of the design. First, to ensure that all employees benefit from natural daylight. Secondly, to create a balance between spaces for different daily tasks; individual work, collaborative and team work, formal and informal meetings, relaxation, etc. Finally, analyze the team's current and future needs to establish a furniture standard that will evolve well and stand the test of time.

The finished spaces are contemporary, bright and inviting. The team appreciate the different areas of the office and are happy with the big changes in their daily environment. Employees in other offices can't wait for their big changes!
