After passing through the transactional zone, which provides a buffer between the urban environment and the warmer reception area, the customer reception lounge is designed to be friendly and bright, with light wood tones and natural colors.

The environment is homely and welcoming with its biophilic design elements. The customer experience continues in a confidential advice zone with neutral-toned materials.
